The Clive Ranger team includes highly skilled professional gemmologists, diamond graders and craftspeople with many years in the jewellery industry behind them, each with a deep love for jewellery and with firm ideas about how to show the stones off to their best advantage.

We have our own specialised gem laboratory where active professionalism reigns. It is excellently equipped with state of the art gemmological instruments for diamond grading and gem identification.

Here the consignments of diamonds, all in their modest paper wrappings known as stone papers, are sorted by expert diamond graders and graded for colour and clarity. Colour and clarity grading is very skilled; the work is carried out under specific critical lighting conditions (North day light) with the buyers choosing only the very best and brightest stones and rejecting the rest.

After being sorted, weighed and graded, the diamonds are then skilfully set into some of the most beautiful settings available today. Clive Ranger are renowned for their exquisite handcrafted diamond rings.
